Chrysalis Services and VERDOT Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Access to Advanced Purification Technologies for Emerging Biotech Companies
BURLINGTON, MA and SAINT BEAUZIRE, France — August 11, 2026 — Chrysalis Services, LLC and VERDOT today announced a strategic partnership designed to provide biotechnology and biopharma companies with streamlined access to advanced purification technologies within Chrysalis’ GMP ready infrastructure.
Through the partnership, VERDOT equipment will be hosted within Chrysalis facilities, creating a flexible access model that enables biotechnology companies to evaluate advanced chromatography and tangential flow filtration (TFF) technologies and access them for their development work, without the capital investment and operational burden of purchasing and maintaining equipment themselves.
Customers will have access to VERDOT’s single-use FlexiPro Chrom and FlexiPro TFF platforms, which are unique in their multi-scale flexibility and ability to support a broad range of development needs. They will also benefit from VERDOT’s InPlace chromatography columns, engineered to simplify the column packing process for demanding purification workflows.
The collaboration brings together VERDOT’s purification expertise and equipment portfolio with Chrysalis’ integrated infrastructure platform, enabling companies to accelerate development activities while preserving capital and maintaining operational flexibility. The model also allows customers to access optional technical guidance and support as they execute activities within the hosted environment.
“Many growing biotechnology companies are looking for ways to advance their programs without making significant investments in equipment and infrastructure too early in their lifecycle,” said Nick Mazzucca, SVP of Business Development at Chrysalis Services. “This partnership expands the solutions available to our customers by creating a practical path to access advanced purification technologies within an established operational environment.”
The partnership is intended to support a broad range of biotechnology organizations, including biologics developers, cell and gene therapy companies, vaccine innovators, and other emerging life science organizations seeking greater flexibility as they advance toward clinical and commercial milestones.
“VERDOT is committed to expanding access to innovative purification technologies that help companies develop and manufacture critical therapies more efficiently,” said Charles Ruban, CEO of VERDOT. “By partnering with Chrysalis, we can make these technologies more readily available to organizations that need a flexible and scalable path to access advanced solutions.”
Under the partnership framework, Chrysalis will serve as the commercial and facility host while VERDOT remains the equipment provider. Customers will have access to hosted equipment, coordinated onboarding, training opportunities, and support resources designed to help maximize utilization and operational readiness.
The companies expect the partnership to support customer demonstrations and trainings, technology evaluations, and clinical manufacturing activities, while creating new opportunities for collaboration across the biotechnology market.
