Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sarah Stevens is the CEO and Co-Founder of Chrysalis, a unique biopharma services and operating platform business. Now a Massachusetts resident, Sarah crossed the Atlantic from Scotland almost ten years ago. Educated in the U.K., Sarah has a Masters in Pharmacy from the University of Strathclyde, a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the University of Manchester and a M.B.A. from the University of Strathclyde.

Leaning on her academic and scientific beginnings, Sarah has spent two decades operating in numerous leadership and executive roles across the inherently fast paced and high impact bio pharma services industry, both in the UK and the US. She thrives at the intersection of science, operations and financial growth - recognizing that these domains can often feel at odds in a highly regulated industry where the goal is to bring new medicines and innovative therapies to patients.
